Shipping policy

At LookMaxx, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time while keeping the process transparent and simple. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

  •  Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
  • Processing may be faster for metro cities, depending on order volume and courier pickup schedules.
  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India. 
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier serviceability, and external factors.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary:

  • Metro / Tier 1 cities: Usually faster (2-3 business days)
  • Other locations: May take longer based on courier coverage

Delays due to weather conditions, festivals, strikes, or courier-related issues are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders of ₹500 and above
  • ₹79 shipping charge on orders below ₹500

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly shown at checkout.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available with the following conditions:

  • COD orders are allowed only for orders above ₹500
  • All COD orders require OTP verification and call confirmation
  • Orders failing verification may be cancelled automatically

This is done to ensure genuine orders and timely deliveries.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, tracking details are shared via email and WhatsApp
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch

7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts
  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to origin (RTO)

Re-shipping of RTO orders, if approved, may involve additional charges.


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are requested to enter their delivery address carefully while placing the order.

  • Address changes are not possible once the order has been shipped
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details will not be eligible for free re-shipping/refund. 

LookMaxx is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.
