Refund policy

At LookMaxx, we create personal care products intended for safe and hygienic use. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy by default.

However, in the interest of fairness and customer trust, we do offer resolutions in specific situations outlined below.

All requests must be raised within 48 hours of order delivery by emailing support@lookmaxx.in with clear photos/videos. Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.


1. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, this will be treated as a fulfillment error. We will arrange a replacement with the correct product at no additional cost.

2. Incomplete Order / Missing Item(s)

If your order arrives with one or more missing items (i.e., an incomplete package), then after verification, we will either:

  • Refund the value of the missing item, or
  • Ship the missing product
       
    based on your preference and feasibility.

3. Damaged Product

If the product received is physically damaged, then once verified, we will process a refund for the affected product.


VERIFICATION PROCESS

To ensure a fair and smooth resolution, we will request clear images and/or videos of:

  • The outer packaging
  • The product received
  • Unboxing Video (in some cases)
  • The invoice or shipping label

    It will take 48 hours for our customer support team to verify a case & initiate the refund. This process helps us resolve issues efficiently and prevents misuse of the policy.

IMPORTANT NOTE

We do not accept refund or return requests in any situation other than the cases mentioned above. As cosmetic products are personal and hygienic in nature, they cannot be resold once opened or used. Our policy is designed to set clear expectations while ensuring genuine issues are handled fairly and promptly.
